Why you need a process to scale your business
It was really interesting to see how companies reacted to the lockdown by moving their salespeople to a complete home-based remote selling arrangement. Those that had a process in place managed extremely well, their employees literally just picked up their computers and they knew what to do. They worked from home and simply adjusted to Zoom instead of going face to face.
