Birmingham, April, 16, 2018 – Acting on behalf of Johnsons Cars Limited, Colliers International’s Automotive & Roadside division has disposed of Johnsons former Volvo dealership, on Clive Road in Redditch, to McCarthy and Stone Retirement Lifestyles Limited for in excess of £1m per acre. The property, which sat on a site of 0.8 acres, was the first dealership acquired by Johnsons Cars when they started trading in 1999.
