3.1 million vehicles were registered for the first time in Great Britain in 2017 – a fall of 6%. During 2017, over 53,000 new ultra-low emission vehicles (ULEVs) were registered in the UK. Ultra-low emission vehicles accounted for 1.7% of all new vehicle registrations in 2017 – up from 1.2%.
