Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has secured a new lease on a vacant takeaway unit on South Street in Eastwood, Nottingham, on behalf of the freeholder. Having stood vacant for a number of years, the previous owners approached Christie & Co at the start of 2020, seeking to re-let the property.
