Can you train poor performers
When it comes to Sales Directors, they always ask me “How can I train my poor performing employees” but never “How can I train my best performing employees”. ❌ I understand how that might be someone’s first course of action to improve the overall performance of a sales team but when you think about it, wouldn’t it be wiser to invest your training resources in the people who are already doing good. Why not help them be the best?
