Why will traditional sales training doesn't work
When I say the words “Sales Training”, the only thing that pops into everyone’s head is a 2-day bootcamp-type event held at the end of a random Sales Conference. The salespeople attending such events are either tired, drunk or both and ready to go home but somehow they are expected to sit down and consume a large amount of information in a short amount of time. It sounds catastrophic and that’s why most sales training events are redundant.
